Turning Machinery
We have a special connection to turning. The lathe was the first tool ever used by our founder, Tino Paiardini, when he established the company many years ago.
Just before that, it was on a lathe that he achieved a world-class milestone—his components were used in the MBA 125, which won the 1980 Motorcycle Championship.
Today, turning remains one of our core and most successful processes—in a way, we’re still champions!
We manufacture precision-turned mechanical components using machines from the world’s top brands, renowned for their exceptional quality and performance. Our production is powered by multitasking turning centers and robotic islands, ensuring both efficiency and excellence.
Specifically, we perform both bar machining, handling diameters from 4 to 70 millimeters, and secondary operations, for diameters ranging from 40 to 300 millimeters.

Milling Machinery Park
At Paiardini, milling is a true craft of high manufacturing excellence. Specializing in medium to large production batches, we take pride in being a benchmark of Italian precision milling excellence.
Our facility is equipped with a wide range of state-of-the-art machining centers for both horizontal and vertical milling, featuring 4-axis and 5-axis machines.
With high-precision CNC technology and sophisticated quality control systems, our operations are backed by advanced CAD/CAM software, ensuring unmatched accuracy and efficiency.
We can machine components up to a maximum size of 600 x 600 mm, with a height of 800 mm.
