This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this website and is valid for its visitors/users. It does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website. The purpose of this privacy notice is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information the site collects and how it is used.

2. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing
This website processes personal data primarily on the basis of the user’s consent and, in certain cases, on legitimate interests or to fulfil legal obligations.

Processing purposes include:

  • Enabling navigation of the site and use of the services offered
  • Responding to user enquiries
  • Evaluating unsolicited applications submitted by users

Providing data—and therefore giving consent to its collection and processing—is optional, except for browsing data, which are gathered automatically by the system.

Users may refuse consent and can withdraw any consent already given at any time (see “Withdrawal of consent to data processing”). However, refusal may make it impossible to deliver certain services and could compromise the browsing experience on the site.

3. Types of Data Collected

This website provides informational and, at times, interactive content. While browsing, visitor information can therefore be acquired in the following ways:

Browsing data

This category includes: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, domain names and addresses of websites from which the user entered or exited, information on the pages visited within the site, access time, time spent on each page, internal click-path analysis, and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
These technical/IT data are collected and used solely in aggregate, non-identifiable form, and may be employed to establish liability in the event of hypothetical cyber offences against the site.

Data provided by the user

These are all personal data freely supplied by the visitor on the site—for example, to request information about a specific product or service via the dedicated form, or to submit an unsolicited job application to the company.

4. Processing Methods
Personal data collected through the Site are processed in compliance with EU Regulation 679/2016, Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Legislative Decree 101/2018.
The server hosting the Site is located in Italy.
Processing is carried out for only as long as is strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which the personal data are collected.

Processing may be performed electronically or on paper.

5. Data Retention Period
Personal data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which they are collected.
At the end of the retention period, the data will be deleted or rendered anonymous.

6. Access to Data
Your data may be made accessible, for the purposes described above, to:

  • employees and collaborators of the Controller, in their capacity as authorised data handlers;
  • third-party companies or other entities (e.g., IT service providers, legal services, etc.) that operate on the Controller’s behalf as external data processors.

8. Cookies

9. Security Measures

This website processes user data lawfully and fairly, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the data. Browsing the site and any data transfer occur via encrypted connection (https). In addition to the Controller, authorised personnel involved in the organisation (administrative staff, sales staff, legal advisers, IT technicians) may, in certain cases, gain access to the data.

10. User Rights
Under European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and national legislation, the User may—according to the procedures and within the limits set by current law—exercise the following rights:

  • Request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them (right of access)
  • Learn the origin of the data
  • Receive intelligible communication of the data
  • Obtain information on the logic, methods and purposes of processing
  • Request the updating, rectification, integration, erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected
  • In cases of processing based on consent, receive—at the cost of any physical medium—their data provided to the Controller, in a structured, machine-readable format commonly used by electronic devices
  • Exercise the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Data Protection Authority)

More generally, the User may exercise all rights granted by current legal provisions. Requests must be addressed to the Data Controller: Paiardini Tino S.r.l. Via Ponte Vecchio 84/a – 61049 Urbania (PU), Italy.  Email: info@paiardini.it.
