The Paiardini company. Our Story
Our journey began in 1980 when Tino Paiardini, fresh from his experience as a lathe mechanic for the MotoGP team MBA, decided to start his own business. That same year, MBA won the world championship in the 125cc class, thanks in part to components crafted by Tino.
Today, Paiardini is a recognized leader in precision machining and assembly, employing 100 people and maintaining long-standing partnerships with major multinational clients.
Dedicated to delivering the highest quality products, we continue to stand out in the industry thanks to our commitment to employee well-being and training, continuous investment in cutting-edge machinery, and strong lasting client relationships.
And for the future? The foundation is solid: Tino’s children, Giulia and Nicola Paiardini, have been leading the company’s operations for years, supported by Giulia’s husband, Matteo Panorama.

Paiardini’s Machinery Park
A significant portion of our investments is dedicated to the continuous renewal of our machinery: cutting-edge tools to meet the needs of clients who are increasingly focused on excellence.
Our most important investments are in turning and milling, the core processes of our company.
The turning department is equipped with 15 lathes and 3 sliding headstock lathes, while the milling department features 6 vertical machining centers and 6 horizontal machining centers, all of which are of the latest generation.
Special attention has been given to upgrading the machinery in our quality control department. In addition to adding a Zeiss Contura, we have also integrated a Zeiss Duramax, which is specifically dedicated to in-line production inspection.
Moreover, we have machinery for other processing phases, including cutting, grinding, finishing, balancing, and marking, as well as for warehouse management.
Such an advanced technological setup is essential to meet the high expectations of our prestigious multinational clients, to whom we deliver top-tier production and service standards.
